Know the Numbers. Understand the Decision. Improve Your Game.
EPG Poker Toolkit — Free Offline Poker Calculator is a free desktop calculation suite for Texas Hold’em players who want fast, transparent and mathematically sound answers away from the table. It combines heads-up equity, exact drawing probabilities, pot odds, break-even equity, call EV and tournament ICM inside one focused poker interface.
Every calculation runs locally on your computer. The software requires no account, subscription or internet connection and does not collect hand histories, calculation inputs, analytics or personal information.

Private & Offline
Built for Off-Table Poker Study
EPG Poker Toolkit is designed for post-session analysis, poker study, coaching and educational work. It does not connect to poker clients, observe active tables or provide real-time assistance during play.
Texas Hold’em Equity Calculator
Calculate heads-up equity between Hero and a specific opponent hand or a uniformly random legal two-card hand. Analyze complete or incomplete Hold’em boards at every stage:
- preflop;
- flop;
- turn;
- river.
The calculator automatically selects the most appropriate calculation method:
Exact Enumeration
Smaller game trees are evaluated exhaustively, covering every legal remaining state rather than estimating the result from a sample.
Monte Carlo Simulation
Larger game trees use 30,000 randomized legal runouts to produce a fast and practical equity estimate.
Results include:
- Hero Equity;
- Win percentage;
- Tie percentage;
- Loss percentage;
- Calculation method;
- Number of evaluated states.
Hero Equity = Win % + ½ Tie %
Tied pots are split correctly when calculating total equity. Leaving the opponent field blank represents a uniformly random legal hand—not a strategic opening, calling, three-betting or four-betting range.
Professional Seven-Card Hand Evaluator
The integrated poker engine evaluates the best five-card combination available from seven cards and performs complete kicker comparison.
Four of a Kind
Full House
Flush
Straight
Three of a Kind
Two Pair
One Pair
High Card
The evaluator correctly handles wheel straights from ace to five, multiple pairs, two simultaneous three-of-a-kind combinations, flush and straight-flush detection, kicker comparison and split pots.
Pot Odds Calculator
Enter the complete current pot—including the opponent’s active bet—and the additional amount Hero must call. The toolkit displays the pot-to-call ratio and minimum break-even equity.
Required Equity = Call ÷ (Pot + Call)
Example
A 100-unit pot and a 50-unit call produce pot odds of 2:1 and a break-even threshold of 33.33%. Hero therefore needs more than 33.33% realized equity for the call to clear the mathematical threshold before rake and future-action considerations.
Call EV Calculator
Enter independently calculated showdown equity to estimate the net expected value of calling. The result is displayed in the same units used for the pot, including chips, dollars, euros, big blinds or tournament points.
Call EV = Equity × Pot − (1 − Equity) × Call
The toolkit classifies the result as:
- Call clears the break-even threshold;
- Break-even call;
- Call is below the break-even threshold.
The calculation assumes that the entered equity is realized at showdown. It does not automatically account for rake, future bets, folds on later streets or incomplete equity realization.
Exact Outs and Drawing Probabilities
Enter the number of clean outs and select the current street. Unlike the simplified Rule of 2 and 4, EPG Poker Toolkit calculates exact card probabilities.
On the Flop
The toolkit displays the probability of improving on the turn and the probability of improving by the river.
On the Turn
The toolkit displays the probability of improving on the river.
Nine Clean Outs Example
Nine clean outs on the flop produce approximately a 19.15% chance of improving on the turn and a 34.97% chance of improving by the river.
Important: The by-river result assumes that both remaining community cards will be seen. It must not automatically be treated as the equity of a normal one-street flop call. An out should only be counted as clean when it is expected to produce the winning hand.
Tournament ICM Calculator
Convert tournament chip stacks into estimated prize-pool equity using the Malmuth–Harville Independent Chip Model.
- 2–10 remaining players;
- Custom stack sizes;
- Custom payout structures;
- Cash values or percentage-based payouts;
- Each player’s chip share;
- Estimated ICM prize-pool equity.
The ICM calculator is useful for final-table analysis, payout-pressure study, satellite review, tournament coaching and understanding why tournament chips do not have linear cash value.
Model limitation: The calculator does not determine optimal push/fold ranges and does not account for positions, blinds, antes, player skill, future decisions or progressive knockout bounties.
Strict Input Validation
The toolkit checks inputs before performing a calculation and detects:
- Invalid card notation;
- Duplicate cards;
- Impossible board sizes;
- Negative pot values;
- Invalid call amounts;
- Equity outside 0–100%;
- Invalid numbers of outs;
- Zero or negative stacks;
- Negative payouts;
- Payouts entered in the wrong order;
- More payouts than remaining players.
This prevents malformed inputs from producing deceptively plausible results.
Private and Offline Operation
EPG Poker Toolkit does not:
- Require registration;
- Use subscriptions;
- Collect card inputs;
- Save calculation history;
- Send telemetry;
- Use cookies or analytics;
- Upload files;
- Connect to poker clients;
- Download updates automatically.
The only network-related behavior is opening an ElitePokerGuide.io page in the default browser after the user deliberately clicks a link on the About screen.
How to Use the Equity Calculator

- Enter Hero’s two hole cards.
- Enter the opponent’s exact hand or leave the field blank.
- Add zero to five community cards.
- Click Calculate Equity.
- Review Hero Equity and Win, Tie and Loss percentages.
- Check whether exact enumeration or Monte Carlo simulation was used.
Your hand: AhKh
Opponent: QdQc
Board: Jh Th 2c
Card notation: Use standard rank-and-suit notation such as AhKs, QdQc and Jh 9h 2c. Use T for tens—for example, Th.
How to Use Pot Odds and EV
- Open Pot Odds & EV.

Pot before your call: 100
Amount to call: 50
Known equity: 40
Clean outs: 9
Street: Flop
The result includes pot odds, break-even equity, next-card draw probability, by-river draw probability, call EV and the mathematical threshold comparison.
How to Use the ICM Calculator
- Open Tournament ICM.
- Enter every remaining stack, separated by commas.
- Enter payouts from highest to lowest.
- Click Calculate ICM.
- Review chip percentages and estimated prize-pool equity.
Stacks: 5000, 3000, 2000
Payouts: 50, 30, 20
Stacks do not need to be entered from largest to smallest. Payouts must always be entered from highest to lowest.

Android and iOS Availability
The current release is a desktop application and does not provide native Android or iOS packages.
Responsible Use and Calculation Limits
- A random opponent is not a strategic poker range.
- A card that improves a hand does not necessarily create the winning hand.
- By-river probability assumes that both remaining cards will be seen.
- Call EV requires independently calculated showdown equity.
- ICM does not calculate equilibrium push/fold strategy.
- The toolkit does not guarantee correct strategic decisions or profitable poker results.
