📚 Course Structure — 6 Parts
| Part | Core Topics |
|---|---|
| Part 1 — Player Types | Tight-passive opponents: hand history review with Pocket Jacks — three streets of value betting against calling stations |
| Part 2 — Player Types (cont.) | Tight-passive, loose-passive, tight-aggressive profiles with specific hand examples and counter-strategies |
| Part 3 — Loose-Aggressive & Maniacs | The King-5 suited 3-barrel bluff against a TAG; calling station adjustment; maniac trap strategies |
| Part 4 — Common Leaks | Top-10 amateur leaks: overplaying top pair, slow-playing, failing to fold, not getting value from premiums |
| Part 5 — Bankroll & Table Selection | Required bankroll by stake, win rate expectations at $5/$10 and $25/$50, when to take shots and when to move down |
| Part 6 — Q&A, Tells & Life Leaks | Live tells ranked by reliability, life leaks (casino gambling, alcohol, lending money), session length optimization |
🎯 The Five Player Types — Your Exploitation Playbook
Jonathan’s classification system gives you a clear counter-strategy for every opponent archetype:
Tight-Passive: Bet three streets for value with any one-pair hand — they will call and rarely raise. Never bluff. Your win rate explodes against this player type when you stop being afraid of value betting.
Loose-Passive: Same logic as tight-passive but wider value range. Against these players, the King-9 hand Jonathan reviews shows how middle pair can be bet for three streets profitably with the right sizing.
Tight-Aggressive: Continuation-bet aggressively — TAGs often play straightforwardly post-flop despite their preflop aggression. Apply turn pressure with semi-bluffs; they will fold too often.
Loose-Aggressive: Trap frequently. Let them bluff into your strong hands rather than raising and giving them cheap information. The King-Queen hand vs. a LAG demonstrates exactly this approach.
Maniac: Trap even more aggressively. Expect aggression on every street and plan to play your whole stack with medium-strength hands you’d normally pot-control.
📊 Bankroll Requirements — The Real Numbers
Jonathan provides concrete bankroll guidance based on actual live win rates:
| Stake | Est. Win Rate | Required Bankroll | Est. Hourly |
|---|---|---|---|
| $1/$2 | 3–10bb/100 | $10,000–$20,000 | $5–$18/hr |
| $2/$5 | 10–25bb/100 | $25,000–$50,000 | $25–$60/hr |
| $5/$10 | ~25bb/100 | $50,000+ | ~$75–$100/hr |
